In Africa many people live in families and communities where the role of fatherhood has been abandoned resulting in the disintegration of the cardinal fabric of society.

We want to actively facilitate the restoration of the father’s role in his family, mainly through establishing a process where the essence of fatherhood is caught by living examples more than being taught.

The role of the Values Coach at Grace8 helps establish the restoration amongst the teammembers, who live it out in the communities.
