Education and training have long been recognized as an essential vehicle that will offer a route out of unemployment and poverty.
Grace8 places huge emphasis on Training, Upskilling and Learnerships.
The Training Team operate on a full-circle basis. All individuals involved are processed and assessed during a week’s personal process. The aim is to unpack unique skill, talent and personal giftings.
Different courses are provided, and once completed, individuals are tracked through to learnerships, external further studies or new business opportunities. One of our main intentions is to address the unemployment rate.

Other community opportunities include: After-school classes for school students; gap-training program for non-schoolable youth, with integration into further training and learnerships; short courses on our Online Training Platform, to study further, at no cost; specific & varied one day workshops to educate the community at large.
