The Hub Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that their specific portfolios function optimally. This includes administration, vehicle logistics, environmental maintenance and security. They also co-ordinate and prepare lunch daily.
Surplus food will be processed by the community members at the Hub kitchen. Food Care Parcels will be packaged for community outreach purposes.
