Message►Community Outreach Team
The Community Outreach Team identifies social and physical vulnerabilities. The primary focus is on poorly-parented children, bedridden persons and the elderly. As needs are identified and projects approved, team members partner with the community to facilitate these projects. As they participate, they earn points which in turn enable them to sustain themselves by swapping them for food, training, donated items etc. at the Hubs.
We build relationships with creches active in the community, introducing them to our Creche Enrichment Program which is facilitated at the Grace8 Hub.
We identify adults already engaged with children in child headed homes, equipping them with tools to continue their support.
Community Outreach seeks to build an alternative economy where the community itself becomes part of the solution.
