Grace8 will acquire existing and operational businesses that offer relevance to the services offered within the Hubs. The aim of these acquisitions is to engage in business ventures that offer job creation and learnerships at the Hubs.

Decisions for these acquisitions will be based on sound financial feasibility studies, market research and due diligence practices. These will take both financial and non-financial data into account so that risk is determined.

The feasibility study models will become the benchmark for future measurement of financial performance and business success.

The Business Acquisition Team aim to acquire or start-up at least 4 self-sustainable business enterprises within a year.
