Grace8 has employed an internal auditor and accountant. Tight financial procedures and protocol have been put in place within the whole procurement system. We operate on a cashless system, with a centralized procurement team overseen by the finance manager/accountant and the internal auditor.

Grace 8 has a unique approach to Human resource management. The emphasis in this department is mainly training and support of each Discipline Leader to manage their own Team members. Further to this, the HR team will develop and implement policies, procedures and performance management systems.
